How To Make Keto Shrimp and Tomato Skillet Recipe
This flavorful shrimp dish is cooked in a tomato-based sauce, perfect for a low-carb and keto-friendly meal!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.

Add onion and garlic to the same skillet and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes and red pepper flakes to the skillet and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Add cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
