How To Make Sunflower Seed and Banana Pancakes
Fluffy pancakes with a nutty sunflower seed crunch and sweet banana flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sunflower seeds, baking powder, and salt.

Mash bananas in a separate bowl, then add in egg, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring until just-combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat with non-stick spray.

Use a 1/4 cup measure to pour batter onto skillet. Cook until the pancake edges start to dry and form bubbles in the center, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Repeat until all the batter is used up.
