How To Make Seed-Crusted Cauliflower Steaks Recipe
A hearty vegetarian dish featuring thick slices of cauliflower coated in a crunchy seed crust.

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F/ 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the cauliflower into thick slices, discarding the stalks.

In a food processor, pulse the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until coarsely ground.

Brush each cauliflower slice with olive oil, then press the seed mixture onto both sides until coated.

Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cauliflower is tender.
