- 4 cups of bread cubes
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups of vegetable broth

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, garlic, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft.

Stir in bread cubes and vegetable broth until well combined.
