Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Boil sweet potatoes in a pot of water for about 10 minutes.

Drain and place in a large bowl.

Add melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mash until smooth.
