Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in heavy cream.

Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set.

Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes before refrigerating for at least 2 hours before serving.
