Ingredients

  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • 2 cups of cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded turkey, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and crumbled feta cheese.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
