How To Make Stuffing-Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Savory mushrooms stuffed with flavorful stuffing.

Ingredients
- 16-20 large mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/2 cup cooked stuffing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

Combine the crumbled sausage and stuffing in a small mixing bowl.

Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap.

Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of each mushroom.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top of each stuffed mushroom and serve.
