How To Make Thanksgiving Corn and Bacon Skillet Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of frozen sweet corn
- 1 tsp of fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and red bell pepper until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes. Add in the garlic and cook for another minute.

Stir in the frozen sweet corn and thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the corn is heated through and the vegetables are tender.

Add the cooked bacon back into the skillet and give everything a good stir. Serve immediately.
