Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups cubed bread
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
