- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic in butter until tender.

Stir in flour, then gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer mushroom mixture to a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
