Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked Brussels sprouts to the bowl and stir to combine.
