  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sage, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well.

  2. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and form each into a patty shape.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
