- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, sage, thyme, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 8 portions and form each into a patty shape.
