Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the sugar and vegetable oil.

Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.

Gradually add in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.

Stir in the cranberries and walnuts.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow bread to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
