Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/3 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
