- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp of chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add corn and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender.

In a small bowl, mix butter, parsley, chives, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Remove corn from the water and brush butter mixture on each ear of corn.

Serve immediately.
