How To Make Lentil and Quinoa Burgers
A vegan and gluten-free burger patty made with nutritious lentils and quinoa.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.

Form mixture into 4 equal sized patties.

Place patties on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Flip patties over and bake for another 10 minutes.

Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings.
