How To Make Frankenstein Veggie Platter
A spooky and creative platter that’s perfect for Halloween parties or any fun gathering!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of hummus
- 4 black olives
- Toothpicks
Instructions

Cut off the tops of each bell pepper and remove any seeds or membranes inside.

Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.

Fill each pepper with hummus and smooth out the surface.

Use the cherry tomatoes to create a mouth shape at the bottom of the peppers.

Cut the black olives in half and place them above the mouth for the Frankenstein bolts.

Use toothpicks to attach the cucumber slices as hair on top of the peppers.

Serve on a platter and enjoy!
