How To Make Eyeball Pasta Recipe
Creepy but delicious eyeballs in this pasta dish are perfect for Halloween!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb of spaghetti
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 mozzarella balls
- 8 pitted black olives
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

In a separate bowl, mix together ground beef, olive oil, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and eggs.

Roll mixture into 8 meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

Bake meatballs for 10 minutes at 375°F.

In a separate pot, heat marinara sauce.

Once the meatballs are done, cut mozzarella balls in half and place one half on each meatball.

Cut black olives in half and place one half on each mozzarella ball.

Place meatballs in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
