Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until combined.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well-combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

Melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
