Ingredients
- 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips
- 1 can of chilled full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions

Place chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stir until melted.

Remove from heat, let it cool for a few minutes.

In a mixing bowl, scoop the thick cream from the top of the can of coconut milk.

Whip the coconut cream with a hand mixer until fluffy.

Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt, whisk it together for a few seconds.

Pour the melted chocolate into the mixing bowl, mix until it is fully combined.

Divide the mousse into 4 serving glasses.

Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
