How To Make Vegan Easter Almond Butter Cups
These homemade almond butter cups are a vegan twist on a classic Easter treat with a rich almond butter filling and a dark chocolate coating.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.

In a double boiler or microwave, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together.

Line a muffin tin with 4 paper liners.

Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner and spread it up the sides.

Spoon a small amount of the almond butter filling into each liner on top of the melted chocolate.

Cover the almond butter filling with more melted chocolate and smooth it out.

Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
