A fresh and colorful salad perfect for Easter, topped with juicy grilled chicken and tart raspberries.

Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let cool slightly before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, radishes, cucumber, raspberries, almonds, and feta cheese.

Add the sliced chicken to the top of the salad.
