- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Rub herb mixture onto both sides of lamb chops.

Heat a large skillet over high heat and sear lamb chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.

Transfer lamb chops to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until cooked to desired doneness.
