Ingredients
- 1 (4-5 lb) ham
- 1 cup dark rum
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a small saucepan, combine rum, brown sugar, honey, mustard, and spices. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes, until thick and syrupy.

Trim any excess fat from the ham and score the surface in a diamond pattern.

Brush the ham with the rum glaze, making sure to get into the scored areas.

Bake the ham for 2 hours, basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.

Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
