  • 1 (3-4 lb) ham
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Trim fat from ham and score in a diamond pattern.

  3. Mix together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  4. Brush the mixture over ham.

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.

  6. Uncover, baste with juices, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
