A succulent ham covered in a sweet and tangy glaze made from brown sugar and bourbon.

Ingredients
- 2 lb ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Place ham in a roasting pan.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, bourbon, honey, dijon mustard, cloves, and nutmeg. Spread the mixture all over the ham.

Cover the ham with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Remove foil and baste the ham with the pan juices.

Increase oven temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the glaze is browned and bubbly.

Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
