Ingredients
- 2-3lb boneless ham
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, bourbon, dijon mustard, and ground cloves.

Place ham in a baking dish and pour mixture over ham, making sure it’s evenly coated.

Cover with foil and bake for 3-4 hours, until ham is fully cooked and tender.

Remove foil and baste ham with the sauce every 10-15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and ham is brown and caramelized.

Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
