Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Food coloring (optional)
- Sprinkles or other decorations (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add in the sugar while continuing to beat the egg whites.

If desired, add a few drops of food coloring and beat until well combined.

Spoon the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in egg-shaped blobs.
