Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped ham
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, or basil)
- 1 tbsp butter or cooking oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Melt the butter or heat the cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, pour in the egg mixture.

Let the eggs cook for about 2 minutes until they start to set.

Sprinkle the ham, cheddar cheese, and fresh herbs evenly over half of the omelette.

Use a spatula to carefully fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
