Ingredients
- 4 croissants
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Slice the croissants lengthwise, but not all the way through.

Layer ham and cheese inside the croissants.

In a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter.

Scramble eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Fill croissants with scrambled eggs.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese has melted.
