Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg.

Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, alternating with milk and vanilla, until fully combined.
