How To Make Easter Brunch Breakfast Burritos Recipe

A delicious blend of scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melted cheese wrapped in warm tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 oz breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until well blended.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until cooked through.

  3. Add the cooked sausage to the skillet and stir to combine.

  4. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds or until warmed through.

  5. Scoop 1/4 of the egg and sausage mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese.

  6. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides as you go, to form burritos.
