Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Add the diced bell peppers, onions, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.

Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and pour the egg mixture into it.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
