Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- ½ cup chopped smoked sausage
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and prick bottom with a fork.

In a skillet, cook smoked sausage until browned. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle half of the cheese in the crust. Top with sausage mixture, then remaining cheese. Pour egg mixture over ingredients.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the center of the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.
