How To Make Smoked Sausage and Broccoli Alfredo Recipe
Creamy alfredo sauce with smoked sausage and green broccoli.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté sliced sausage and broccoli florets until sausage is browned and broccoli is tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for a minute until fragrant.

Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well-combined.

Add cooked fettuccine pasta, smoked sausage, and broccoli to the skillet with the alfredo sauce. Toss to coat.

Serve hot and enjoy.
