How To Make Sausages with Creamy Lentils

Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 1 cup of dried lentils
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the sausages over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.

Add the dried lentils and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.

Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Serve the sausages on top of the creamy lentils. Garnish with fresh parsley.
