How To Make Easy Smoked Sausage Skillet Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz) smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the vegetables.

Return the sausage to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
