- 1 tsp. black pepper

- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine pork, cranberries, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, and cloves. Mix well.

Form mixture into 8 sausage patties.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sausage patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
