How To Make Ground Sausage and Kale Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add the ground sausage, onion, and garlic. Cook until the sausage is browned and the onion is soft, about 7-10 minutes.

Add the chopped kale and stir until it wilts, about 3-5 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and add the cannellini beans, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Bring the soup to a simmer and let cook for about 15-20 minutes, until the kale is tender and the flavors have melded together.
