How To Make Hash Browns with Mustard & Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 200g smoked salmon slices
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, flour, salt, and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Take small handfuls of the potato mixture and shape them into patties. Place the patties in the skillet and flatten gently with a spatula.

Cook the hash browns for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard with a pinch of salt.

Top each hash brown with a teaspoon of mustard, followed by a slice of smoked salmon.
