- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Season the salmon fillets with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the green beans and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
