- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.75 oz) pink salmon, drained and flaked
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped, for garnish

Cook fettuccine according to package directions and drain.

In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add flour and whisk until smooth, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
