How To Make Russet Potato and Sausage Breakfast Casserole
A delicious breakfast casserole made with russet potatoes and sausage.

Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Layer the potato slices and cooked sausage in the dish.

Sprinkle the cheese over the top.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.

Pour the egg mixture over the potato and sausage mixture.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the egg is set in the middle.
