How To Make Salsa Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat.

Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

In a small saucepan, heat the salsa over medium heat until heated through.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Pour the heated salsa over the potatoes and toss gently to coat.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
