How To Make Oven Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

- 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the cheese mixture.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
