Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato halves, olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are coated evenly.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping them once halfway through.
