How To Make Ivy House Roast Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the potato chunks in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain well.

In a roasting pan, toss the drained potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, dried rosemary, and garlic powder until well coated.

Spread the potatoes out in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
