Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Slice each potato into thin slices, about 3/4 of the way through, leaving the bottom intact.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle with minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot and enjoy!
