How To Make Foil Potatoes (Baked in Oven)

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped chives
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into 1/4 inch thick rounds.

In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Take a large piece of aluminum foil and place the seasoned potato slices on it, arranging them in a single layer.
